Fair enough. What makes this and all sports interesting is that no two opinions are the same, or at least exactly the same.

 

A very good win for them this evening though.

 

 

Yes we totally outplayed cambridge tonight,could have easily been 4 or 5!!!!,i think that now we have a cease fire as regards Saturday we can now all move on!!, some of the comments aimed at our fans and club got my back up and perhaps i have been a bit harsh as regards your financial situation!!,i was just fighting fire with fire!,Saturdays events were discussed on the terraces tonight and it was agreed that as far as foul language is concerned a couple of our supporters over stepped a line that they do not usually cross!,and in doing so let themselves down and gave a false image of our club!!,so i would like to apologise on their behalf!!,i really do not think any real damage was done to the plastic banner behind the goal,it really did come undone without any help but the remaining fixings were undone by our fans!,not with intent to damage it,just silly beer induced larking about!,i actually said at the time it was'nt a good idea!!!,your manager going off on one at half time really did not help!,it was like a red rag to a bull!!,i am offering an olive branch here and hope that now the dust has settled and both sides have calmed down you will reflect on saturdays events and perhaps not view them as extremely as has been reported on this forum!!,our fans are really a good bunch,and although at times their passion for the team can boil over it never goes beyond words and banter!!

a prime example of our behaviour was the weekend before last when we played Salisbury at home!,when the teams came off the field some idiot from Salisbury tried to pick a fight but our supporters did not rise to the bait and simply told him to go fourth and multiply!,it seems then that he may have gone into our clubhouse and smashed the toilets before heading home!!,so be warned when you play them!!!.
