Reading Town must of thought Christmas had come Early,when the hordes came down to Scours Lane from Warlingham,for this Fa.Vase 2nd round tie.Smudgey was there as voiceforous as ever shouting the Black and Whites on,but to no avail,Reading Town prevailing 1-0.James Cecil,Danny Coote ,and Steve Vidal WERE OUTSTANDING for the Wars.I had the pleasure of a long chat with Green Fingers(alan)during the whole game,and a Beer he kindly bought me at H/T. met me old m8 Brunty,who had a cameo 20 minutes,that boy has class!!!Steve Rolfe the Warlingham Chairman had organised a great day for the Warlingham Faithful,Coach and ENTRY for just £10.OVER 30 YOUNG WARS FANS TRAVELLED,WHO WERE KINDLY GIVEN BLACK AND WHITE SCARFS BY THE U/13 MANAGER,FREE OF CHARGE.Now the downside of Smudgey's day,looks can be deceiving,but to be likened to a BIG ISSUE SELLER,YES SMUDGE AINT THE BEST DRESSED ON THE BLOCK,BUT BIG ISSUES HE DOES NOT SELL,this remark hurt me,oh yeah just a bit of Banter some may say,but Smudgey is long in the Tooth,remark meant as a piss take,which the Laughter confirmed.Tucks Football is not all about you or me or the Result,but when we are long dead and gone ,Warlingham F.C. WILL STILL BE GOING.TUCKS YOU DISAPPOINTED ME BIG TIME TODAY,AS A FRIEND I DID NOT EXIST,NOT EVEN A BYE YOU OR LEAVE.STILL I SHOULD KNOW THATS YOU TO A TEE,TUCKS,TUCKS TUCKS THATS ALL THAT COUNTS.

Thanks for that Smudge. Think your a little extreme and over the top. Was it me who made the remark?

 

If your going to let one comment spoil your day out then thats upto you. I cant control what other people say and if your happy to come on here and slag me personally off make sure that you have the balls to call me before you do it or pull me up before. You was made to feel very welcome by everyone at Warlingham Fc yesterday before, during and after the game!!!!!

 

Ive known you Smudge alot longer than this forum has been going and YOU need to grow up a little bit. Looking at the time you posted this maybe a few too many pints ??

 

You smudge disappoint me.....when ever you come to our home games your always down to come in for free. I personally make sure that your looked after in bar and I ALWAYS get you to somewhere easier for you to get home.

 

I shouldnt have to come on here Smudge and defend myself or the club. You seemed to have let the general banter on the coach between all 50 people INCLUDING YOU get personal if you have then yes from where I was sitting it was Banter!

 

Anyway has I have said Smudge call me tomorrow after you have calmed downa bit and maybe you look at this in a different light.. Oh Smudge Thank you for saying Bye when you left I was still getting pissed at 11pm at the clubhouse!!!! Disappointed Smudge very disappointed!

The regular in Dorking is a well presented asian woman!

 

I don't understand why what happened would lead Smudge to stop posting on the forum, in that it's not related to the forum.

 

TRS completely agree if Smudge has issues he has my number. I dont think it should have been broadcast to the world but thats Smudge! I doubt it will be his last post, we shall wait and see.

Well hopefully he can shed some LIGHT on the situation, it must of been some BRIGHT spark that started it off on the coach. I'm still waiting for him for to ENLIGHTEN us on his thoughts about Knaphill getting our lights. Hopefully their will be a shining LIGHT at the end of the tunnel and we can all move on.
