One of the best games that I have seen for ages. Brought along 3 others to help swell the numbers and was told by one of the them (who used to come now and again with me) that he has never seen gate lose a home league match !!! Might bring him along more often

Did we win in the end? Both live streams kept cutting out, and it cut out one minute into extra time so I missed the final whistle!

 

So it wasn't just the dodgy office computer I was listening to....

I heard us into injury time, Turner struggling with his own injury and Sutton making an assault on the Margate goal ... then dead .... a long silence ... then a woman screeching some anonymous song.

 

Think I'll still blame the office computer though.

absolutely top draw, 1st class entertainment from both teams and even better to collect the 3 points from a very good Sutton team!

 

 

top draw from the lads and excellent entertainment from the guys in blue, held our breath for a couple of mins but all in all the belief must be there in the team that IOC has assembled cos they matched Sutton on 90% of the game and looked solid for the win - well done guys. Imagine how well we could have done with our star players out!!!!

Most enjoyable game and to be fair if we had lost 3 - 2 would not have complained as both teams deserved credit for serving up an excellant game of football.

 

Even the ref commented that it was one of the best he had officiated at and that was down to the players playing hard fast and fair.

 

 

 

 

Mind you the number of times Andy said in the bar that we had beaten the league leaders it may you wonder if he had been smoking something!!!!!!!
