SMUDGE'S BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!

It is exactly 1 Year ago today,that I joined this Forum,have enjoyed every moment ,have met some lovely people at all the Clubs I have been too,and some real characters.But one thing that stands out is the Friendliness and great Hospitality afforded at all C.C.L. Clubs,yes there is Rivalry,and no love lost on the Pitch,but off it we are all Friends once the Football is finished.Would also like to thank Ian,who runs this great site,for his hard work.Also other posters for becoming Gold Members,yes I badgered a few,but we went from 5 to 49,which helped in a little way with the running costs.Many highlights over the year,my great day out in Cobham,meeting our Leader and sharing a couple of beers,Krooner is a really NICE GUY,shame he hung up his whistle.J.J.s worldly in the Cup Final even though I was not there,was true reward for his endeavour and passion for Cove F.C.and he is a thoroughly NICE GUY to boot(even if they are Green and Yellow).A Mention too for all at Hartley Wintney,from the Chairman down to the Players,the nicest people I have ever met in Non League,did not charge me to get in,gave me H/T Hospitality,and bought me a few beers after the Match,and even offered to run me to and from the Station.Shame I do not live nearer ,I would be there every game.Finally must give that Dorking Legend B.J.R. a mention Head of Security,this guy and his Family do a lot for the Club,which I know from talking to Ray (Chairman) is much appreciated,but have never seen him, more than 15ft away from the Bar,but he is a Comedian,always got a smile on his face,and an ASASHI in his hand,NICE GUY salt of the Earth.I have met many posters on here,and it has been my pleasure to meet you all,too many to mention.But I have never met NICE GUY,has anyone,he will be the last to post on Predict a score today,hoping to get an edge,but it is all pot luck anyway.ANYWAY THANKS ONE AND ALL FOR A GREAT YEAR,IT HAS BEEN MY PLEASURE TO KNOW YOU ALL.
