shame that Ricky will be remembered for Tuesday more than anything else as at times he was a quality keeper for us and on his day sensational

 

even though it was hinted at at the time im a bit shocked Herron has returned already. seems to have gotten decent amount of playing time so hopefully he can give us a lift as we have struggled down the left a bit at times

Not such a shock.

 

He has a great affinity with SB and the game before last the rumours were flying around that Chris Heron could be returning and on Tuesday he was at the game.

 

Great to have a fit Chris Heron back because we have yet to see the best of him and hopefully will solve the problem we have down our left flank.

It is a shame that Ricky Perks has left, he was a good shot stopper. I gave him a bit of stick on Tuesday (I'm feeling a bit guilty about that now - I sincerely hope he hasn't left because of that!), but to be honest his kicking at times was a liability.

 

Not particularly surprised that Chris Herron has returned. As Reading Rebel said, he has a affinity for Steve Bateman and we never really saw what he was undoubtedly capable of last season. When he left a couple of months ago Bateman did hint he could return in the not-so-distant future.

 

I am however surprised about Dominique Jean-Zephirin, he's a player I never thought we'd be seeing in a Slough shirt again (and I don't mean that in a bad way)!

Jean-Zephirin was the regular keeper for Farnborough this season until they lost to Dover (6-3 I think) and has been a bit part player since.

 

With his experience at a higher level etc it is great to have him on board.

led was always a good kipper for us though he was always capable of some silly mistakes (arn't we all) . also great to see chris herron back i was just thinking thathe was probably what we needed to sort out our left hand sideand then i read that he has returned , i was shocked and saddened that he had left us in the first place any way i welcome them both back to the slough fold.

Sorry to see Ricky go particularly after Tuesday. You could see how upset he was when he came off the pitch. I wish him all the best wherever he moves on to.
