reckon i could swing using the Cove kit too (either yellow/black or Red/ black)

 

I think we will go Yellow and Black JJ.

 

Peacocks have Red and Black or White and Black.

 

Dont think i can get the home kit (yellow and black) as we are at home versus Chertsey the day before and wouldnt be able to get the kit clean in time!

 

It will have to be red shirts with either black shorts/blue shorts or red shorts

Unfortunately well past being able to don any kit and unable to attend on the day, would be more than happy to donate to the said charity, some how the FANS FORUM COMBINED COUNTIES ELITE XI has a good ring to it, if someone could let me know where to make my donation I would be much appreciated and feel sure other members will reciprocate,

TC, I was gonna try and sort out shirts with our user names on the back but already investing in raffle prizes etc so couldn't stretch to this, if you know someone that can do it then I'm sure they can get an advert in the programme.

Dear Combined Counties Member

 

Woking Peacocks and The Combined Counties Fans Forum XI are holding a

charity football match in aid of CHASE Hospice Care for Children at Cove FC

on 5th December 2010. Kick off will be at 2pm.

 

Entrance is FREE however donations will be greatly appreciated on the gate.

We will be holding a raffle on the day with all funds raised going to the

charity.

 

Cove FC have kindly supplied everything we have needed to allow this game

to go ahead and we are now asking if you could help too. Attached is an A4

sized poster advertising the game and we would ask if you would kindly

download and print a couple off to post around your club. Another way you

could help is by adding this to your match day programme for the next

couple of weeks. The more people that we can make aware of this fantastic

event the more will participate.

 

We would welcome all involved with the Combined Counties League and this

event will make a great social event. With representatives from all clubs

in one place it will make for a great atmosphere.

 

Your support on the day will go a long way. This event is being well

publicised and we are hoping for a large number of supporters.

 

Thank you for your time and we look forward to seeing you on the day.

Please RSVP me to allow us to keep a check on the numbers attending.

Great idea this game but you need to make sure that the game is sanctioned by the County FA. This is important so that everyone is covered in case of insurance claims. I think it needs to be sanctioned by the County FA where the game is being played but you can check this out by caling any County FA.

 

Does every friendly need to be sanctioned? I know clubs have their insurance for league fixtures etc but didn't think it was needed for friendlies. Can someone confirm please.

 

If any players need insurance they can contact me and I will put you in touch with someone.
