Fans Forum time?

I wasn't able to be there for the Burnham game so can't comment on the performance. Terrible result however.

It's been mentioned that the problems currently are mental and I believe that to be true. Good players don't become rubbish ones overnight and I look at this squad and know that we have good players.

Some people will say make changes and other will say don't but the one thing that is needed more than anything is a bit of togetherness. Fans are posting on here saying the management should go, that players don't care and that some aren't good enough. Players are probably reading this forum thinking fans don't know what they're talking about. I don't actually believe those two things are true either. In years gone by there's been fans forums where management has got together with fans and had a bit of a question and answer session. OK, it's historically been Roy talking about behind the scenes stuff but why don't we do the same now? Management and players can be there and put their points across as can supporters and hopefully we can clear the air a bit. The way we're going at present we're going to implode if there's not better communication between everyone. Worth doing?

Ian I think thats a really good idea and I would fully support it Theres nothing like direct communication Some of the things said in the local press in recent weeks have been so far from reality they have to be misquotes or misunderstandings Nothing like hearing it from the horses mouth.

this is very much a decent idea to consider though would be unfair to force management or players into this. as you mention Ian we are on the brink of imploding if this all carries on much longer

at the very least we should now draw the line under any of this negative ranting and together concentrate on being positive and uniting in getting behind the team for tomorrows game. i can fully understand why people have frustration and anger to vent about how its been going but at the end of the day the fans, management and players all want the same thing. a successful winning team!

COME ON YOU REBELS!!!!

I don't see it as people being forced into it. We are all stakeholders here and have a vested interest. The management (playing management and non-playing management) are guardians of our football club and I would have thought would want to engage with the stakeholders.

As the saying goes.......it's good to talk!
