What forums / features do YOU want here?

Hi,

 

I am getting calls for new forums / features - but would like to find out what YOU would like.

 

Suggestions I have had include expanding our forums to provide an area to discuss Premiership & Nationwide League football.

 

I would never take away our non-league slant - and any extra features would never overshadow that - but just wondered what you want.

 

What other features would you like here that other sites provide? (anything goes here!)

How about a general forum that is nothing to do with football or sport where people can just chat or trade insults, talk about music or whatever? I think the jukebox was intended for that but it seems to have been taken over by word games and quizzes.

Yes, the pub seems to be the place for discussing general topics which have nothing to do with football.

 

The jukebox is intended for unadulterated bilge, and this includes word games and quizzes.

womens football is sadly neglected except for people with open minds to everyone having rights to play the game or idiots with the usual "do they swap shirts?"

(slightly off topic) I do agree brunob. After I went to my first ETFC Ladies game a few weks ago, I proudly and excitedly told everyone about it and recommended the women's game.

 

I was shocked and dismayed to find that with one exception, I got the tired old sexist sh1t - oh yes, I know you went for, you old pervert, do they swap shirts, do they wear sports bras, all that stuff. All this even in the 21st century, and fro women as well!

 

It is saddening to realise that in this day and age the women's game still has so much prejudice to struggle against.
