As part of the new stadium development Slough Borough Council and the football club are looking to engage with members of the public regarding their views on the subject.

Please complete the short survey available here: www.sloughtownfc.net/questionnaire (redirects to a 3rd party carrying out the survey) and spread the link to as many people as possible over the coming weeks. You only need to complete up to question 7, questions 8-13 are optional.

More on the survey can be found here .

Thankyou Tom, following all the doom and gloom something positive, even if it's only a questionnaire. Onward and upward!

It's currently at the feasibility study stage. Still a long way to go and lots of hurdles to overcome.

This questionnaire is particularly important as it judges how people view the clubs return to slough. The more positive opinions the better. So if we could do another Haddow and get 80k positive outcomes.......

Please, please everyone apart from yourselves can we all get at least 10 other friends, family, work colleagues and anyone you know to fill this form out. It only takes a few minutes and it will really assist the club in moving forward with the new stadium, it could make a big difference.

I have done it, and like a few others shared with with Facebook, and will do again at a later point, how long is this survey being undertaken? Hopefully we can get lots of positive responses, very pleased that we are actually getting somewhere and there is actually something that we can do to help, even if progress is very slow!

Got everything crossed for good responses!

How long does a feasibility study take?

I think it's been a number of months since it was announced one had to be done.

Ok Windsor and Nathan.....enough of the personal attacks, its getting stupid

As for the feasibility study it is very important that we get many positives back to the council then as they will reference these throughout the project so if a new council comes in I assume the project will be based on this as to whether anything changes etc

A feasibility study can come in any shape or size, and can take just about any length of time.

A simple example might be 'Is it feasible to travel to North Greenford by bus?' It might take 10 minutes to resolve, and the answer would depend upon your own particular definition of feasible.

The questions we are being asked to answer are headed

"Slough Borough Council and Slough Town Football Club are consulting with members of the public and representatives of community groups regarding the potential return of the football club to Slough and the provision of ancillary facilities for community use."

So its seems to be more of a consultation than a feasibility study, though the consultation could be part of a wider feasibility study.
