... I'm off in about half an hour so I'll see you lot tomorrow.

 

On the advice of various users of this board, I'm sticking to a diet of soup and custard tonight, in the hope of being in tip-top condition for tomorrow (still feeling like sh*te at the moment)

 

Either way, come tomorrow morning, I'M ON IT!!

 

Have a top evening, and I'll see you scarfers tomorrow!

 

Be good.

 

And if you can't be good, JOIN EFM!!
