FA Cup - Next Round

Several people have hinted that we will be playing Godalming & Guildford in the next round...

 

Can anyone confirm this, and when/where it will take place?

 

(Company access policy prevents most sport-related pages being accessible, hence FA Cup news difficult to obtain. Fortunately they haven't spotted this forum yet!)

I'm just surprised that they beat Molesey!

Does anyone know that the Molesey manager resigned after we beat them? He only took over in the summer?

"Molesey are looking for a new manager following the resignation of Steve Moss after the 3-0 defeat by Slough Town last Monday, their third straight defeat. Moss had only taken over in the summer, and his departure means that chairman Norman Clark is searching for a fourth manager inside a year after the previous departures of Peter Johnson and Ian Hazell. Moss said in the Non League Paper yesterday, "It had become an unmanageable position. I wasn't enjoying it so I thought it would be better to get out sooner rather than later."

 

Director of Football Neville Southall took charge for the weekend FA Cup defeat against Godalming & Guildford, but a new man is expected to be appointed by the end of the week, with former Charlton striker Paul Mortimer among the leading candidates.
