I was elected by the committee last night after Dave Ball resigned the position

I believe it was to be announced in next Saturdays programme but I weren't going to announce it as I am not one to blow ones trumpet

I believe as per the constitution that unless I stand down the next chance you have of ousting me is at the AGM in May

Well personally i am sad to see an urchin legend like dibs no longer be part of the supporters committee but am sure he has his reasons. dibs - I only hope that we see you at an urchins match soon - especially the potential away day of the year at bideford. top man and i miss you muchly.

 

also, i have no problem with another urchin legend like our very own lil tel being elected to the committee. hornchurch through and though imo.

 

one last question though....

 

can the committee elect a chairman or indeed another member of the committee without holding an EGM or consulting the members?

 

only asking here - have no axe to grind at all, just genuinely curious and happy to be educated.
