what has happened to C&H. well beaten, looked toothless from the side i had seen a few times this year. smudge you were missed. i would have liked your comments on the ref, who although i thought got all the important decisions right. seemed to make a rod for his own back,when he allowed aggresive swearing and atitude to himself all the game.

Maybe just maybe RPV, may of played well enough to stop the other team playing at their best

Chessington were awful. Looked a completely different team to the one we played earlier in the season. No doubt, it will be a completely different team that plays us on Saturday.

 

Raynes Park Vale, who i actually thought were very good against us last Saturday, are much improved and we definately be top half. Well done Dobo.

 

It was like a manager's reunion at the game last night, all i could see was Ryman 1 and CCL managers, they made half the crowd!

Sorry It just annoying, since we've starting getting a few results, thats all i've been hearing, is we didn't play well today or we didn't show up. On Saturday I walked into the bar at Chertsey and a Chertsey supporter said, you give us a hard game today, as if we had no chance.

 

Thanks Spencer were you there to watch Matt the C&H left back who was playing for you a couple of season ago, he's come on alot.

Dobo, Chertsey Fan is not me! But yes was there to look at C & H but we are expecting to face a much changed team on Sat (if it happens!). They have at least four strikers out at present but I'm sure they will be there on Sat. No massive surprise for me last night as you gave us a good game on Sat and especially at home RPV is always a tough place to go as Camberley also found out recently

Congrats to RPV they did indeed play with lots of desire and could have had a few more tbh.

 

Yes we were very poor but RPV certainly took full advantage which deserves credit. We are certainly struggling at the moment we have Buari,Bennett,Boogle,Graham all missing at the moment and have been for 5-6 weeks add Robbie Burns to that list he played his first 15 minutes in 6 weeks last night Reece Jackson has returned after a spell with Leyton straight in to a bout of flu and its no wonder we are struggling going forward at the moment there are 3 missing from MF too.

 

Still i do expect a lot more than was shown last night the guys that come in have to take chances handed to them and its entirely up to them if they want to earn a place in the starting 11 nothing would make me happier than if it was hard to put some of those guys mentioned back in the side.

 

The ref did well to keep as many on the pitch as he did maybe not to everyones taste but i have a lot of time for him he is happy to talk to you and deals with players directly, our players are fined double for dissent it should not happen however Mr Sheldrake is not affected at all buy the pressure put on him some would be, he involves his assistants which is a good thing (sometimes!!!). A fair few decisions went against us last night but i would accept him as our ref every week as he is approachable and consistant, trys his hardest to keep players on the pitch i dont think it was his greatest game last night but hey how many of my players could say the same .... 14 to be exact!!!

HI 'THE FAN' WITHOUT BEING TOO DISRESPECTFUL, I'M NOT A GREAT LOVER OF RPV FACILITIES ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN THERE ON QUITE A FEW OCCASIONS PLUS WITH THE GALE FORCE WIND, IT WOULD AFFECT MY CHILLY FOOTSIES AT MY RIPE OLD AGE !. ALSO THE FIXTURE DIDN'T STAND OUT TO ME HAVING SAID THAT, I'VE MISSED 4 GOALS WHICH WOULD HAVE WARMED ME UP !

My view on the RPV v Camberley game was that RPV came out with the attitude and posture of a team that were already beaten before a ball was kicked. We had a few chances in the first 15-20 minutes, didn't put them away and then it seemed to dawn on the RPV players that maybe they had a chance and they visibly grew in confidence. They dominated the rest of the half and deservedly stuffed us for half an hour. Our come back was too little, too late and, just when it looked like we'd salvaged a draw, we gave away the goal which decided the game.

Yes, I've only seen one RPV game this season but my view from that game is their problem is all in their heads. A bit more self belief right from the start and they'd do well, as they're showing on their current form. There are a lot worse teams in the league than them this season.

My view on the RPV v Camberley game was that RPV came out with the attitude and posture of a team that were already beaten before a ball was kicked.
