Standing here watching the game, I'm just wondering, can we approach faversham and see if they want the 'league player' in return for waugh returning..

 

I'm nopt being mean but I'd rather waugh any day of the week

We simply have to recall Waugh for Saturday as we have no goal threat at all from our strikers at the moment. We will also be further depleted in midfield with Jay being suspended. Suddenly our squad is starting to look rather thin. Early season optimism is waning fast.

According to big Al - 4 weeks out, whether that is an additional 4 weeks or only another 2 as he has already been out 2 weeks not too sure

 

Best to look at it as another 4 I reckon but who knows

Why not play Curtis up front.

 

Looked the only threat to AFC Hornchurch on Saturday!!

Might not be such a silly move, thinking about it! (on a temporary basis anyway) or if not & as has been seen before to good effect, give Jay a go up front,bring back Stubbs into midfield & yes bring back Alex Waugh as he now has games under his belt & goals to go with it.

Curtis is still learning to be a left sided centre back.

 

Do not stop his education by getting him to learn another position.

It was just a suggestion thats all but Im sure Curtis could handle ANY position on the pitch even if he dosent like it. He hasnt let anyone down WHEREVER he has played including at the heart of defence.Besides going up front for a game or two might even make him a better player than he is already showing us. Variety in his play wouldnt go unoticed to other clubs. As I said it was just a thought & no more.

 

So who do we have left.

Ooops forget momentarily there that Jay is out for 3 so yes on thinking about it again, I would give Curtis a go up front with Grant & drop Pinns in just behind the front two. Bring in Keister into central midfield (had forgotten about him (sorry John) unless we get others in. Wilson to provide for the high rising Curtis Robinson.
