They are 1 off the bottom again this season so should be comfortable for us but whenever I've seen AFC Hayes at Stag Meadow they've always played far far better than their league position suggested.

 

Well, okay it's only twice but we struggled against them both times...

We have only lost twice out of the eight times we have played them, but when we have beaten them it is only just but the odd goal.

We had them in the trophy a few weeks ago, they were shocking. Worse than last last season by a mile. As long as you put out a half decent side in the 'nobody cares' cup you should get through easily and another round with hopefully a home draw in boost your coffers.

Interesting at our trophy game last week, in the according to their people Romford (Rryman North 1) do not pay their players !!??

 

if only that were true right through our league, how much easier would it be

According to Andover's forum their players are mainly doing it for the love of it and even have to make their own way to games.
