NeutralFan - Sport London e Benfica have been more trouble than they're worth since day one however they played some excellent football during their first season in the SSML and gave Kentish Town two of their hardest games on their way to winning Division 1. Even then there was some silliness at the Copthall Stadium with their outspoken President swearing with small children in earshot as well as the so called locked dressing room episode.

Is it really a surprise that they are suspended by their County FA?

And Rhodes, you're quiet on the Padbury front, remember beating MK Wanderers 11-2 was one thing, but see how we'd get on and be judged after we'd played the likes of The 61, Harefield and Aston Clinton...must be horrible when things you have in mind back fire.

Anyway hope you are allowed to stay on at WGC then you can suffer too when we visit next season haha

A brief report on this one from last night, not the best of starts for Mark Teeling was it!:

 

SOUTH MIDLANDS LEAGUE PREMIER

Langford 1-2 Dunstable Town

Admission & Programmes £5.00 Attendance 47

 

Original fixture reversed owing to problems with Dunstable's generator. Langford were better than their position in the table suggested and made Dunstable work hard.

 

I thought the referee was a bit fussy and inconsistent. Not only did he conjure up 5 minutes of added time at the end of both halves (even allowing for injuries), but he seemed very whistle happy at the end and on at least two occasions, he missed the ball being kicked away - surely that merits some sort of sanction. But hey, I'm not a footballer - what would I know?

Has said suspension been lifted as I may go over to Coles Park this Saturday.

Not sure PTG. I heard it was for outstanding fines, so unless there is a cheque winging its way to the MFA, I wouldnt bank on any action...........

That would make sense as they are showing many Sine Die suspensions at the moment.
