Bideford Away in the Trophy

lol,i just looked on the map and it said there was a station next to the ground.

Someone did mention that they thought there was no train link to bideford earlier.

Crabby dicks,not too sure i like the sound of that but seeing as i have my missus with me i wouldn't of thought i could get in too much trouble downstairs

we are going down on saturday morning,very early.

Have just booked in to a lovely hotel in the centre of bideford overlooking the estuary for £70 for 2 nights.

Think there is only 1 double room left and 2 twin rooms left so anyone on a tight budget better move fast.

Plan to drive me and Evan to Bideford on Friday afternoon, stopping in a travellodge around Reading area, then on to Great Torrington where a family member runs a pub, with B&B. Dump the car there and then head into BIdeford for the match and post match celebration (fingers crossed) drinks, then back to Torrington to sleep it off. Driving back Sunday afternoon in time for work on monday. Therefore if this suits anyones plans we have places

I have booked into the Travelodge just off Barnstaple 45 quid between 3 people if you book fast not about the scenic views just about pure cheapness. 10 minute cab ride into Bideford sorted

think we got the last double room at tantons. less than half a mile from the ground and only 35 quid. bargain.

 

ridiculously excited about what could possibly be another classic urchin away day.

 

wonder if the players are as excited about this match as we are or if they're just dreading the coach journey.
