Statement from Feltham Mananger

Recommended Posts

Today after an unexceptable performance and result I was left with no choice but to resign. The resignation was reluctantly accepted as it was felt it was in the best interest of the club. I would like to thank The Chairman Brian, Club Secretary Scott, my assistant Tyson and Reserve manager Danny for their support and wish them all the best for the future. I hope all players do as I did and take a good look at themselves and their commitments both on and off the pitch and hopefully they will as I have learn from this and go on to have successfu times ahead.

Best wishes

ROMON

ROMON being bottom is sort of self evident, but were the group you worked with not good enough. has the new boss anything to work with.coffee%20%282%29.gif

Thanks for posting Sunbury Prince - I've been at Wembley today so not had time.

Just to add to the statement - the Sunbury Prince is not Romon but a Feltham FC member.

I've only seen one game myself this season as I have other commitments now but I am not surprised by Feltham's form as they have been lacking in certain area's from what I saw and what others who are involved have been telling me.

HOWEVER there is a new man at the helm (awaiting the officials news) and his new assistant may bring some players in. (If it's true then he is a poster on here too :) but can't say anymore until it's official. I'm sure he will let you know when :)

The only way is up. Come on your Blues.

The new manager will need to have new players that will want to come and play for him, if it's a internal promotion then I can't see things improving drastically as the person would of bought in new players already.

I really hope Feltham do improve and get there ground back, a club as big as what Feltham were should not be at the bottom of the CCL div 1.

All the best to the new manager and good luck.

I was sad to see the result on sat as i know a few people who are putting there heart and soul into this club which has a great history in local non leauge football, its hard to get players nowdays who have real passion for there local clubs and it doesnt help with people not suuporting there teams. i wish feltham all the best and hope they get the right people to get them out of there current situation.

I was told that Tyson has got the Job, BB. Seems a very positive move for the club, if it is him as he appears to be popular with the current and ex players.

Hi guys

Yes Tyson has got the job which is very good news. He was always going to land the role if Romon left from my understanding and he is genuinely a really nice guy and good coach. I played a few games for him last year when he was looking after the reserves and enjoyed it under him. He know's his stuff and will hopefully bring in some players as well.

We will have a new assistant manager to help Tyson out who is very popular with the ex-Feltham players and from what I have been told could mean a few players returning to the fold who would certainly improve the side.

The "original" assistant manager info I was fed did indeed prove to be false.

Hopefully Feltham can turn things around quickly.

Cheers
