The fact is coachie Hullbridge have beaten Southend Manor only once at Lower Road in 20 league meetings,there is only one way you can end this run which is obviously the result of a gypsies curse and that is by the manager urinating against all four corner flags before the next match against the two sides,this is the only way of ending this run.

Dear Basildon I can only answer for the Coachie's era and that says 3 wins 5 draws 8 defeats which is definitely better than the previous 16 years or so..7wins 1 draw 17 defeats.the record says H 20- 7-4-9 A21 3-2-16 and just to remind you we have beaten them in the League 1-0 away in 2006 with a George Cheesewright header on 21m when Coachie first encountered the arch rivals.It was a case of Veni.Vidi.Vici.We have beaten them this year already and in 2008-09 4-2 with a Dan Barrington brace.The real bogey team for us is Barkingside especially away but every record is there to be broken sooner or later...just ask Burnham!
