Thanks to Alan Harding, Lionel and Lynn for the sponsorship money they gave me today. We arrived at 2:45pm after getting horribly lost just south of Hitchin. Not quite sure what happened with the directions. We also managed to cycle along one road which ended at a bridelway so we had to do a bit off off-roading down a hill that even horses would have struggled with! Claire's pristine new bike neeeds a bit of a clean now!

 

It was just over 94 miles in total so only a fraction shorter than Atherstone. Thanks again to all those who congratulated us and, once again, my own personal thanks to my cycling buddies Andy and Claire who arrived at my house this morning after less than 2 hours sleep. That's the longest two done. Got a couple of less challenging ones next if anyone wants to join us??!!
