Surely if they can't fulfil a fixture due to their own fault then the other team get the points?

 

Didn't a similar thing happen with Middlesbrough in the PL?

I dont think the points are awarded any more, they used to be but I believe it was an FA rule change.

 

My guess is they will get a hefty fine and the game will be re-scheduled

So,if you've got most of your team injured or suspended,you just say they've walked out,and get the game re-scheduled.

I'm not implying anything but this could happen.
