My prediction will be based on the following:

In the League, Banbury have only won once in the last 9 games

They currently stand in 17th position

They have not won at home all season in any competition

They have scored just once in their last 5 League games

They have won 5 of their last 6 away games in all competitions

They have yet to score 3 goals in a league game but have managed to do so in their last two cup games

The Blues are undefeated in 5 league games

The Blues last defeat in the FA Trophy at New Lodge was in 2007

The Blues have the 2nd best home record in the league

Have yet to field the same starting XI in consecutive games

On that basis, Mr Boombastic's prediction is:

BILLERICAY 4-2 Banbury United

We last met Banbury 25 years ago...to the weekend, in this stage of the Trophy...

 

Came away 2 - 0 victors.

My son scotblues is coming to New Lodge tomorrow for his first game for ages ( passport control does not allow him south of Watford gap more than once a year) so come on Blues give us a great win with plenty of goals. A couple of goals from Anthony Robinson I think for all his effort.!!!
