sorry i couldnt resist the brackets,i think basildons performance today proved that they are a realistic bet for the title,yes the opposition were poor but basildon played some good football in the second half.i think so far we have learn that the title will be won by either concord,burnham,enfield,ilford or basildon.why arent the fixtures organised better,after a run of home games now were away for the next 4 out of 5.

Same as us. I think the answer you will get is due to the FA Cup. There are 3 ESL teams in the competition and two or three rounds of the cup in September/October. But anyway, getting those away games out of the way first could be useful when it comes to the end of the season.
