When i next get a chance to speak to Ian, i have a three observations. However i am happy to be shouted down by my fellow Gaters if you can demonstrate how i may be seeing things from a different perspective.

Observation 1) When i see the players warming up before a match, which i always make a habbit of doing. They appear to be busting their ba**s off. Do they work too hard?

Observation 2) Why are the substitute who have been selected not involved with the same warming up, surely their warm up rountine should be the same.

Observation 3) Why are the substitute who have been selected not in of the team talk prior to the match, feeling the pressure and hearing any last minute tactics.

Just a thought from a simple fan.....

Do you remeber me raising this way back in October. So players are tiring out towards the end of the game, perhaps there is some merit in my observation of them busting their b**ls off during training!!

Observations 2 & 3 - They should be really, simple!

Observation 1 - No issue with that, they should be warmed up correctly - They're not busting their balls, it seems to be tempered correctly and the players know how much to put in, or they should do. However, from what I 've seen the 'keeper warm ups could be improved greatly.
