Alex needed the games under his belt for sure so, I for one, agree with the decision to loan him out. He can only come back to us a better, fitter, stronger player.

Not sure i agree Alan

He played 9 minutes on Saturday

I cant understand it after such a good display against Thamesmead.

Surely he would be better utilised sitting on our bench ?

Still no complaints from me we have sufficient cover!!

That answers my question - he has played 9 minutes! Yea probably would be best coming on for 20 mins per game for us!

So, returning to the post question, I know that there are many people, who use this forum who remember when AQ was here before (as opposed to those who appear to be new) is this a good signing and what should we expect ??

An opportunity for Aaron to prove himself which I would guess will come as much in training as it will on the pitch in the near term at least.

not the only one to need games. Josh Winchcoombe and Sam Groombidge need games as well. Kane harrington as had 270+ added minutes in 8 day's in the reserves.

The reserve player i believe needs a chance, I would be sad to see him go as he has been solid for the ressies is Dan Hughes. he as been playing out of his skin, playing left or right wing as well as a attacking midfielder. He deserves it. As the song goes "Give Hughes a chance"

Graeme,

Great to see Antony making the bench for the 1sts and touting Dan's name plus the recent resurrection of Aaron to Margate's 1sts. Also with Aaron Beech, Paul Axon and Ollie Gray playing for Ramsgate 1sts shows what a good set up Gen Sport's Phil Fennell has put in place. A true testimant to his dedication and time both inside and outside the Football Club.

Graeme,

Great to see Antony making the bench for the 1sts and touting Dan's name plus the recent resurrection of Aaron to Margate's 1St's. "Hello John" , "Aaron Beech" knows I was gutted when he went to the Red side. I let my feelings known on this side. I know" KP" is a fan. I know people have mixed views about "Paul Axon", but the Kid as the talent , i feel he got a raw deal from 3 of our previous managers, affecting is game. Like "Aaron", "Ollie" was given the kiss of death when "Alan-b" and I gave him our reserve "player of the year" award.

I have been very impressed with the way Phil as come on as a Manager, he will tell you he as learned a lot from both Terry Yorath and Neville Southall in the short period they were here. In Malcolm Potter he as a very good assistant.

When you turn up on a Saturday afternoon or Tuesday nights to watch games, you see an end product not the hard work that goes on as you say inside and outside the Club. I don't think some people at the club even, realise it either.

What I hate is hearing certain fans criticising the youngsters. They are learners that don't wear "L" plates. need time ,practice and as learner drivers the time/ room on the road to make their mistakes and change their minds on bad judgements.

Listening to 5-live last night they were discussing "Gareth Bale" and , how the Spurs back room staff didn't think he would make it(attitude of youth), they stuck with him, allowed him the room to grow. The Hat trick Tuesday was payment for that patience.

What I feel is needed with in the set up at the club is support for a team, perhaps "Generation" to move up to the Kent league, where The lads at the age off 19(when they leave the Academy ) can go to the age of say 23, and, be kept an eye on, developed. instead of being lost to both the Club and the Game.

As for "Hughes'y", He is one of those lads who's heart is so big. He always gives 100%, he is lightning quick, and as the perseverance of a Jack Russell against the big lads. If any one deserves a run out it's Dan

How's the Family? Well I hope. I hear Jason is playing out of his skin for Generation. Aaron is taking his chance, how about Jason? I know work is a problem, but he as a hell of a talent. Pity I cannot get to see them, to early for me on Sunday mornings.

Are you coming over Saturday for the Erith and Belvedere Game.
