RESULTS 16TH OCTOBER

Egham Town 2 Cove 0

Scorers: Charlie Muldowney

John Pomroy

No fairytale return for the " retired" Wayne Noad for Cove!!!!

Poor first half from both sides but Egham were much improved after the break. 1-0 61 minutes Charlie Muldowney heading in a Matt Grave cross. Pommroy made it 2-0 after muscling past Ken During and being time to shoot by Aaron France not coming off his line in time. As for WN - he was a centre half in a yellow shirt, not that good and not that bad. Perhaps this can all blow over now???

Camberley 1 v 1 Banstead Have the wheels fallen off at Krooner Park, good point for Banstead. D.T.10 Knew only one to predict the right score.

Possibly Smudge. Well played to Banstead fully deserving of their point. In fact if their No 15 could actually play football they would have had 3 points. Look forward to them moaning about the ref one week cos not one person had a pop at him for missing a htaful of chances in the last 10 minutes.

Is that well done Chobham for the win or well done Chobham for having the decency to put a side out ?

Both Kroons, nice to see the shackles are off now. Will the real Krooner stand up.That No. 15 should be ashamed of himself.LUV IT THOUGH.

Dave,no joy in that result at all, just makes it easier for Predict A Result, only Topper got a Chobham win.Now we know why it is so hard to win money on Football, that has got to be the Result of the Season so far,no such thing as a certainty.Bit like R.P.V. beating Camberley last week.LUV IT.

Badshot Lea 3-0 Dorking

Agyeman (2) & Blake

Battling display from Chicks and what they lack is someone to put away the chances they do create. Didn't look like a top v bottom encounter for much of the first half, but Chicks couldn't hold out until half time, with Aaron Agyeman scoring just before the break after being allowed to run into the box. Agyeman got his second soon into the second half, although there seemed to be a suspicion of offside. Another good finish though. Darren Blake wrapped it up soon after from close range.

Haworth Villa 0 Epsom and Ewell 1

I didn't see all of the game due to having kids with me - how many wee wee stops can 1 individual cram into 90 mins -Lots. From what I did see a much improved performance compared with last week , A solid 1-0 is probab;ly what's needed after last weeks shambles and it's what we got and a much more solid team performance. Hanworth were a good competitive side and put some pressure on at the end and unlike last week we only needed 1 save from Borgy to get the result .

Onwards and upwards !
