We've had ours for a couple of weeks now-they are huge though, make the players look like sumo wrestlers and anyone under 6ft tall disappears into them!

 

i think you need to pick them up from the League and they will certainly be popular throughout the winter, a good choice by the League management committee

When I mentioned this to our club reps who were at the meeting, they new nothing about them and said it was only the balls that they had been advised about!!

I think clubs were only given three though, all XXL! Obviously should be greatful for what is given, but there is no logic behind it.

We were given ours the day we played Egham in the Vase - a CCL committee member turned up on the day. They look quite decent quality, although we have not really used them yet - I think last night they may have been useful, as it was starting to get a bit cold, so next week at home to Camberley they may get their first official use. As for size, the problem is they would look daft if they were too small and would not serve their purpose. At least they could be rolled up at the sleeves and ankles, whereas being too small would not work.

i will be the first to admit that i have no skills and no silkys.

 

What i do have in my locker is good vision, determination, speed, quick reactions, no fear, simple passing, accurate passing, knowledgeable brain, calmness on the ball.

yes i remember it well JJ it was pretty unbelievable it certainly made the Ash bench sit down.

it really wasnt that great. What made it special is that i am not known for having any skills like that and to do it to an Ash player made it even more special.
