Whilst IOC has clearly implied the team tonight will be fringe players-i did wonder whether Curtis may make a brief appearance-and possibly play alongside his brother -even if for just a short period.

 

No doubt JT's history site will tell me-i simply wondered when the last trime that brothers made first team appearances for Margate.

 

(thinking about it-only 15 months ago-did'nt both AaronBeech and his brother make appearances in a psf -do psf count as first team appearances-probably not )

 

That aside-really hope we get a win tonight-can see why IOC wants to look at fringe platyers-but if we win-he will get another chance to do the same in another match-so hope the team is good enough to progess.

 

I actually like the league cup aswell-more prestigious than the KSC imo,and gives interest in those january/feb months

The Fusco's in the 80's possibly. The only brothers I recall since are the Sodje's but I do not think their paths crossed.

Having said that, could be completely wrong!

I think it's been a few years since we had brothers in the same team. Did Paul and Peter Sykes ever appear together? Going back there have been quite a few though.

Sam and Akpo played one game together in a pre season friendly against Millwall before Sam signed and Akpo moved on.
