I was amazed that ex-Marine Christopher Farrell was given his marching orders on Wednesday's spellbinding show, much of which was filmed in the German City of Hamburg, so called 'Gateway to the World'. Lord Sugar said, in the summing up and before pointing the finger, that mortgage broker Farrell was too nice and that he lacked the spark of entrepreneurial genius however I couldn't disagree more as there is room for nice guys in the cut throat, dog eat dog, World of business these days.

So what did members think of the Grand Final on Sunday and was sexy Stella English a worthy winner, I think Lord Sugar got it pretty much spot on

It would appear that Karen Brady is still married to Peschisolido, in her regular Sun column she mentions a husband who manages Burton Albion and goes on to say 'Paul has the attributes but there is no such book as how to be a Manager'.

I see that Stella English is to marry her scaffolder boyfriend Ray Dewar who has close links to the criminal underworld. Stella got engaged to Dewar after filming this years brilliant series and winning the 100k a year job with Lord Sugar, he stood trial in 1993 accused of intimidating a witness for a gangland Mr Big however was acquitted. Stella previously had a nine year relationship with gang member Danny Johnson who she met at the infamous 'Wildflower' pub in Thamesmead where she frequented as a teenager, rubbing shoulders with crime families responsible for numerous killings.
