After a very entertaining game aganist Cheshunt earlier this week (although I must remind the manager that we don't do draws- that was only the third or fourth in more than 4 seasons, I think!), Town take on our old friends from AFC Hornchurch on Monday evening in a continued run of home fixtures.

 

Kick off 19:45 at Goldsdown Road.

For those who enjoyed the Cheshunt game will be pleased that I've had the commitment from at least 5 of the players who played in that game to play again. the rest of the team will be made up from 17year olds I use to have in my old youth team which reached 3 county cup finals in their time. All hoping they have and are developing into the established adult levels.

 

So looks like another evening of Gun-ho stuff, I would'nt do it any other way.

 

Hopefully see as many regulars and non-regulars on Monday after our first team have negotiated their way into the next round of the Trophy.

Unfortunatley I might have to give Monday a miss as I just can't face the idea of sitting in the traffic on the way, Bloody Tube Strikes!!!!

Good game last night played by the youthful Town side. thought Vaughn Duguid and Elliott King stood out for me on the night... the score of 1-4 was a little harsh on Town I think. All looks promising!!
