Sandhurst Town Football Club regret to announce that Jon Underwood's resignation as their first team manager to take a joint management role at Godalming Town F.C. in the Ryman League Division One South, has reluctantly been accepted.

 

Dean Thomas and Andy Keen take caretaker responsibility for the Fizzers 1st team with immediate effect.

 

The Fizzers wish Jon all the best in his new challenge and thank him for the valuable contribution he has made to the Fizzers over the last two seasons.

 

Applications for the role of 1st team manager are now under consideration with a deadline for applications of 15th October 2010.

 

Applications should be emailed to the Chairman at fizzers1@live.co.uk.

Bring back TC and make him my number 1

Tap up the Covamberley Lea possee and add johnno. so that's the team sorted.

Appoint duncs as assistant manager, with dobo senior to come in as a 'third voice' which I think will be important for the dressing room.

Well put it this way Smudge, when my boots needed the studs changing, you had to hammer them in and then make sure the 4 little nails were protruding just enough to do damage ! Heading a well-dubbined lace-up football in the rain gave you a headache for a week. Jimmy Greaves was my hero but Johnny Haynes was class.
