Can anyone explain why Molesey have played 5 WON 5 at home and scored 17 goals, yet away have Played 5 Won 0 Drawn 2 Lost 3, scoring only 2 Goals.Do some of the players not do away games.

Not a scoobiie on that but I hope it continues on Saturday, cos tonight we were crap at Badshot Lea. Two down in seven minutes and a third in the dying seconds, we barely strung three passes together all evening.

Without giving too much away, we have four lads who are trying to re-build their lives and keep out of trouble. Unfortunately, they have been given a 6 month exclusion sentence, and are not allowed more than 3 miles outside the Molesey area. This means that they obviously play home games, but cannot play any away games at the moment. Whilst this is frustrating for us, we believe that our efforts to help these lads become better citizens outweighs the negatives of football results, and all the other lads are behind us in our aim. Apart from the Ash game, we have played reasonably well in all of our away games and certainly should have won last night in a game we dominated from start to finish - linesman called offside in the final seconds when it was known at the time and proven later on video evidence that the goal was perfectly legitimate - but these things happen. We move on, and will soon bash someone up away from home. In fairness, this is not exactly a new thing in football, as many sides have superior records either home or away so I would not make too much of it. I would be far more worried if we had the record we had at this stage last year to be honest!
