New mail order service and Club Shop opening times

Magate Football club are introducing a mail order and subscription service for Matchday Magazines and the Club Shop will shortly be open during the week as well as on match-days.

Being lazy-i have'nt researched in detail-but does the club directly take credit/debit card.

 

I have a feeling about 4 years ago there was a comment about this when in the depths of our financilal difficulties, the banks would not allow it for many football clubs.

 

i wonder if that has changed.

Whilst there is a small charge to the club for credit cards, i wonder if the timing is right for the club to have credit/debit card facilities ,and that the additional benefits of more purchasers would outweigh the small charges ?

At the moment the answer is "no" but we will be looking into that in due course. Cash (in person) or cheque (in person or for mail order) are the only payment methods we can currently accept.

Assuming most peolple have dabbled with ebay, might be worth setting up a PayPal account
