Good game last night packed full of chances. The U18's were unlucky with 6 guys making their debuts against a good Farnborough side who have an elite conference side and reserve team in place.

Last nights game showed that our junior team has great potential ven though they lost 3-1.

When it was 1-0 and 2-1 to Farnborough the juniors showed that they could easily keep up with Farnborough who play at a higher level.

Also the penalty which provided the opposition with the third goal was not a penalty as the defender got the ball first.

 

Mendy showed that he has the pace to beat anyone, and number 7 (not sure of his name) impressed me alot he had skill, pace, good pace and great vision.

 

 

I would definetely come back to watch them again and others should come aswell if they want to see fast entertaining football.

The number 7 is Ruben Diaz , he was released by QPR ! yes I believe he is going to be a good player, made some impressive blocks and tackles.

what they forget to tell you is that most of their players are academy players .... anyhow we play them again at Beaconsfield on 28th October (thursday night date change) TBC
