You seem too level headed to be the rather excitable defender

I know that it defo wasnt a pen yes a foul an im not as quick as i used to be i was that close ha ha my partner in crime referees jus arent his thing ya kno frustrating at this level an he jus cant take that they never change there mind lol

I see Sheerwater have lost their right back Gary Campbell formerley at Knpahill as he appears to be playing for Bracknell Town in the "Carrot Crunchers League" aka Hellenic Premier.

 

That is alot of goals conceeded in two games!! I suppose their game last night was against higher opposition but still alot of goals shifted! Are they looking in a bad way then?

 

Which team are you with Wolfman?

 

 

Been back with Bracknell since the start of the season.

Pretty fair assesment by Briggers RE last nights game. We played well first half creating a few decent clear cut chances and we were very disapointed to go in 2 goals behind. Credit to MV though thats why they are a prem side and we are finding it tough, they have the ability to turn half chances into goals. Second half they got the killer 4th early on but we still battled on, hitting the post and missing a Pen before having our skip sent off for 2 yellows (the second yellow was an appaling decish). After that it was always going to be tough with MV's quality but we kept going and we have a lot of positives to take from the game.....compared to saturdays drubbing at WP. Also the ref was dishing out yellows like they were going out of fashion, for both sides, without a single bad tackle in the game.(and not just for gob)

 

oh and cheers for adding the vids Briggers i was desperate to see that last goal we all thought it was offside. Still not sure not that it matters

 

one more thing whats the craic with warming up on the cow field in the dark??

The two goals either side of half time pretty much killed it off, but you guys were really unlucky to be trailing at the break, as first 30 you definitely had the better of play and chances.

 

What was your skipper sent off for, got to be honest, from where i was didn't see anything in the incident at all - did he say something to the ref, or did he really deem the challenge to be a second booking?

 

As you say not a bad tackle in the game, yet 9 bookings (i think) and 1 sending off.

 

Hopefully will add a few more highlights over the next few days - more missed chances, saves etc - but its all a time thing (and at the moment i dont have enough).

 

With the warming up, we, as tenants at Cobham have to go along with their rules - hence we all warm up outside - thought there were lights out there, but very rarely venture round to that side of the ground.

Thanks Green Fingers, Smudge and of course our beloved Kroonzinator (I look forward to our fire-side chat). No fast tracking for me: I'm just enjoying learning from those in the middle at the moment on CCFL (both good and bad). Would love to be doing some middles but I'm not 'old' enough yet in refereeing terms... Biding my time!

 

 

 

 

Lets hope you weren't learning from the man in the middle last night, he shouldn't be reffing at this level!

 

 

Thought both Lino's did a good job last night. Felt a bit sorry for the young lad getting all the grief from the FG manager who was embarrassing.

If managers/players/fans continue with that sort of harassment then we'll only be left with the old farts!

Was anything mentioned after the game? (fishing a bit)

How many reds you had this year animal? Me ive had none thats two seasons without a red !!!
