Bickering??

Did anyone else notice the bickering between Oakes and Gledhill yesterday? I wondered if there was something we should know or if it was just the strain of the performance was getting to them?

Just a bad day at the office, Helen. When you're not playing well, and nobody did yesterday, you take it out on the nearest available target. Things will improve, they have to, Hitchin are a very average side but work for each other, that is what we are lacking at the moment but it will come. Expect the moaners had a field day yesterday, some things never change.

To be fair every player did apoligise as they faced EFM at the top of the stairs!

Rob Smith offered a slightly different explanation saying it was down to pre-season and having to play teams from a higher level so the new players aren't used to playing together against teams from this level, but we will be there or thereabouts at christmas!
