well 4 really as the other 6 just watched!

 

Yes, we had a blow out while driving the minibus down to Ringmer today. We were just short of Gatwick and the passenger side tyre blew up but thankfully made it to the hard shoulder. Told that it would be at least an hour for recovery or a change of tyre, so we changed it ourselves! Then to our horror we find that the spare was not only bald, but also had a nail stuck in it!

 

It was still inflated so we stuck it on and drove at 50mph max all the way to Ringmer. Arrived at 2pm, got changed, had a 15 minute warm up. scored 2 goals and won. Thankfully a tyre company came out and replaced our tyre while we played.

 

Slightly different day today than normal! Colliers Wood away next round!

 

*note..... told the manager we had a blow out. He was 10 miles behind us and 10 minutes later shot straight past us without any help at all.
