You completely deserved the win.

Our disicpline is beyond shocking, lost count of how many reds this season but the lad today was his 3rd and hopefully his last ever appearance.

Decent result today. Not many teams will come to Tilbury and win let alone win 4-0. Tilbury obviously have some internal issues to deal with but once they've sorted that out they can only do better.

 

We were lethargic in the first half, not creating any clear chances really and attack after attack dissolving into disappointment. There must have been some good advice given at half time as the lads could have been 3 up before Gio knocked in his goal to put us on our way. Dan Forward was excellent today and will get better with every match he gets under his belt, he certainly is a good/correct type of partner for Rudi.

 

Grays will prove a sterner test for us on Tuesday, but we have a set of lads that do not cease to amaze us in getting good wins.

Trust me fella, we don't like coming to your place for numerous reasons (well I don't anyway). An organised and stabilised Tilbury playing at home is a difficult game just cos of the natural elements in your part of the world.

In relation to Fabio's moment of showboating, that was quality. However, I may be wrong but I don't think he really meant it :-)

 

One person I do have to mention though is Tilbury's No. 8, what a game he had :-p worst player I've seen at this level for a long time. He must have received one of the six red cards they have had this season.

 

MoM for me was Deniz, closely followed by Gio. Although saying that, we were good all round.
