three played 0 points what can we say.

firstly disappointed we bottled it by playing three at the back..not a single shot on target in 90 mins=not a great system in my opinion...the referee and the lino on the near side were both criminally bad but at the end of the day it had no real bearing on the result....we have to get the boys to believe in themselves, we're not that far away, we just have to believe we can win and no better place to start than monday..cmon the bluess!!

Enjoyed the game, but then I would being a Hayes fan. I can understand your concerns, because there were a few errors at the back and a lack of inspiration going forward. Thought your No.5 was very solid and No.4, although he slipped in the build up for the 1st goal, otherwise defended well.

Hope things improve. They may well do if everyone remains positive. After all, there are still 43 games left.

Best of luck,

Nick Bell

I thought we had the return of GC all it was long ball after long ball having got an ex-spurs playing I was expecting the game to be played along the floor at pace not hoof n hope. Im sure that Justin can get it right and it is only 3 games and a new team needs to be given time to gel together.

Agree with most of what's been said, why did we insist on playing all the balls in the air against a team of 6ft4" bruisers? Thought we got overrun in midfield where we looked about a yard off the pace. When we lost the ball there seemed a lack of urgency in getting it back. Actually thought our best players yesterday were the subs - Morris Ajeddin and Patterson who all got stuck in more than those that started the game.

My team for Bognor would be:

JJ

Henty Reddington Penn Taylor/Dormer

Ritchie Dormer/ Morris Patterson

Hunter

Ajeddin Hockton

I certainly think that if Penn is going to play centre back then Morris should get a game in centre mid, where he gives us a better chance of winning his tackles. I've been impressed with Ajeddin, and with Ansell limping off yesterday then he might be worth a start. Taylor at left back if fit, if not then stick Dormer in there and play Hunter in midfield.

No shots, no corners no points. was the result of yesterdays performance.

We cant play three centre backs again particularly when their second goal was just a boot down the middle that no of the three could deal with. Agree with Simon though we lost the game in midfield the front two were isolated and there was no midfielder in support.

Will have to be a quick learning curve for Justin and the team.
