Daves absolute class, and a real nice fella to go with it. I'd speculate there's a few clubs looking at him in the upper levels of the non league pyramid at a minimum.

 

Being a Harlow lad, glad to see my home town win but Bethnal I would say based on last year were probably the best side that we (sawbo) played, especially away so unlucky to them too.

I was one of the 30 hardy souls that attended the "less glamorous" fixture of the evening last night. A good win for Eton Manor who are a strong side who don't know when they're beaten, but I really want to praise Mauritius Sports. Anyone thinking that they'll get an easy game against them this season better think again. Woodsy has put a very big, strong, solid team together, that can play a bit at the same time. I've seen them 3 times now this season and they've given a good account of themselves every time. The boy upfront is a real handful, but they're no one man team, they've got good players throughout. I fancy them for top half this season on the evidence I've seen so far.
