MVSCR 6-1 Bookham

 

Well beaten by the better side, Bookham went 1 up against the run of play mid way through the 1st half and held the lead for 10 mins or so but a great cross and even better finish by Page to equalise and 2 more goals before half time MVSCR took a commanding lead and cruised to a comfortable win with Page getting a hatrick.

 

MVSCR where better in all departments, phyisically stronger and faster all over the park and work very hard for 90 mins and if they continue to believe in themselves I would expect them to be a top 10 side at least come the end of the season.

Ash Utd 3-3 Badshot Lea

 

Cracking game, especially second half. 6 goals, 2 penalties, 2 red cards. Where to begin to edit that lot!

 

 

I thought it was 3 reds?

Ash 3-3 Badshot lea

 

6 goals, 3 sending offs. Never dull when these two meet.

 

Ash 1 up against the run of play. Within 2 minutes Baggy lea were level from the spot. Very soft penalty. Ex Ash player Blason tucked it away in the far corner. Baggy lea very much on top. 2nd half was more even.

 

Baggy Lea 2-1 up after Ex Ash left back struck home from 25 yds.

 

Ash won a penalty when BL skipper made a mistake and Ash striker was in on goal only to be brought down. BL player dismissed and now down to 10 men. Ash scored the pen. 2-2.

 

Ash then got their 3rd with the ash striker picking up a loose ball in the box and prodding it home. 3-2

 

Ash then down to 10 men with a second bookable offence.

 

Baggy lea then get a pen with 2 mins remaining. Keeper sent off and Ash down to 9 men. Blason scores. 3-3

 

Good entertaining game. Not much good football on show but pitch was pretty poor. Lots of grass but the Ash bobble still present.

 

Baggy lea are spending big with the likes of Blason picking up 120+ and others on 80+. Not gonna win league by playing as they did tonight.

 

Nice to see Ash playing better.

Chertsey average again, o regan kept quiet which ment Chertsey were! All credit to chessington and hook came with a game plan and it worked perfectly, late Baxter goal wasn't enough to grab a point for town.

 

 

does this result mean that people won't be writing CHUFC off anymore?? Not one midweek prediction gave Ches a point!!!

You're right it was, 2 for Ash and one for BL.

 

3 pens as well, thinking about it!

 

Anyone have a list of all the goal scorers? Times would be useful too.

Well done to C&H last night, great result, your right Cheesey Boy no one gave you a chance last night and they proved us all wrong

chessy boy dont take offence, people giving chertsey to win. havent looked at past threads, but i dont think many people have gone against them all season. good result. now keep your fingers crossed that the famous chessington, shoot yourself in the foot syndrome. does not happen. you have had this group of talanted players before. and i think the money ran out. agree you had best tactics, think you had a bit more desire.coffee%20%282%29.gif

Badhot Lea: James Blason (2 penalties) and Liam Roberts.

 

Ash Utd: Karl Dallaway (1st and 3rd) and Stuart Woodhouse (i think) with the penalty.
