Tring v Royston.

 

Has to be the biggest game this weekend. Both teams with a 100% league record so far, today that will go.

I note that Mr Panayiotou is one of the Officials so obviously a lot hinges on that but it could go either way

A strange comment, Cliff.

 

Nothing "hinged" on me.

 

You could always try asking how the game went.

 

Typical top-of-the-table clash with Royston Town well on top in the first half as they attacked down the slope. Had several chances to take the lead but some resolute defending and poor finishing saw the teams goal in at the break goalless.

 

Second half belonged to Tring Athletic as they had the more of the possession with the visitors looking dangerous on the break.

 

Royston Town scored late on but Tring Athletic leveled in stoppage time.

 

Overall, it was a fair result by the best 2 teams I have come across so far this season.
