Yash signs for Burnham

In a moment of madness I might be kind to Jarvis and suggest it must have been a huge blow for Burnham to lose both Swift and Coyne given how they've performed for us so far this season. You can't replace those type of players without spending a bit of cash.

I'd still ike to see Yash back with us. He scored a lot of goals for Slough in a poor team and if we're looking for a man who's going to get you 20 goals (or even more in this team) I think he'd fit the bill perfectly.

Why is every body on about 20 goal a season man we've scored 15 goals in 5 games . It's the defence that need to be looked at we are letting in to many sloppy goals!!!!!

Because I don't believe you should rely on your midfield for the majority of your goals.

most promoted teams have rock solid defence and midfield and rely on the usual 2 or 3 to get the majority of the goals. at the end of the day it doesn't matter who gets the goals

epicreble is absolutely right at THIS MOMENT a bigger problem is the ridiculously sloppy goals we are conceding

yes a guy you can rely on scoring every game would be nice but goals wise we have done fine so far. its not like we can't buy a goal (yet at least)

They're coming from all positions like SB said they would we've got to trust his judgement

Stuart Swift M 3 Adam Logie M 2 Simon Martin F 2 Steve Sinclair M 2 Chris Seeby D 1 Garry Sippetts F 1 Sean Sonner F 1 Yiadom Yeboah D 1

On that basis (9 out of 13 scored by non-forwards) we should leave out Sean and Gary and play another two in defence!!!! A 6-4-0 formation!!!!

Sorry, totally agree with Ian, as it stands from 18 goals scored only 4 have been scored by our forwards. Yes, it's nice that the midfield are scoring goals but I don't know of any successful team where the midfield have out scored the forward line and IMO SB has to shake up the forward line because they are just not delivering.

I actually thought Martin and Sonner were outstanding yesterday. There work rate and hold up play helped create the space for the midfielders joining in the attack. Sonner was extremely unlucky not to get on the score sheet, he hit the woodwork and had one ruled out slightly harshly for a push.
