My opinion, for what its worth is that we need to make room for Ishmail and Grant from the beginning, that means that someone has to move to the bench, it would need to be one/two of the following Wilson, Pinnock, Marsden or Sherman/ Saunders. Just a topic to pick the bones out of.

Disagree Ishmail and Grant are better coming on as impact players when defences are tiring, using their obvious pace.

I think Ishmail still has the get used to the Ryman League. Iain spoke in a recent interview about his lack of match practice at this level. I still think that Pinno and Welford will make a decent front pairing

Not sure Grant is a striker although I did miss his wondergoal against Canvey. More of a winger with his pace can get behind defences but our current 3-5-2 formation does not provide for a wide player. I likewise have concerns about the gaps behind the wing backs and against Maidstone (one of the weaker teams will we play) they managed to get behind Robinson and a more deadly attacking force would have made us pay. I agree that at moment Pinnock and Welford look best combination. Ishmail and Welford did seem to crowd each other out when they were playing together going for the same space but more familiarity with each other's play will resolve that. I am hopeful that things will get better and we will not have to worry about the bottom four. It seems a long time since we have been in that position.
