AFCH Player Sponsorship - Please Read!

The Club have requested that all player sponsorship monies be paid DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB. This can be done by cash or cheque. Cheques to be made payable to AFC Hornchurch (2005) Limited. Both Colin and Ken will be pleased to accept sponsorship money.

Thanks "O". I will mark your pledge on the website. Please contact the Club regarding payment as Colin has advised sponsors must deal directly with the Club. If the system works then the Club will advise me when sponsorship monies are received and I will change the 'Sponsor Pledge' to 'Sponsored by' on the website.

 

This will be a severe test for our communication channels !!

Can you change Darren Behcet from 'Sponsorship Pledge' to 'Sponsored by' Nathan Burrell please, as I handed over the cash to the guy running the Club Shop on Monday (sorry, don't know his name). Thanks.

First communications test!

 

I am sure you paid on Monday but sadly I have to receive confirmation from the Club before I can change the website and so far I have heard nothing. I will make some enquiries.

Mark took £50 from a Mr Burrell on monday,he will hand over the money to Colin for the Canvey game,as he is on holiday till then.

Tony Middleton (dagger) said he would collect money for the Sponsorship before the season started and Mark took over this role in his absence due to holiday.

The club has decided to do this on their own now so please don't go to the club shop to pay sponsorship.

Club shop will be used for Supporters Association Membership and merchandise and we hope to also use this as a base to take names for coaches/functions etc

Thanks for the info lads and your understanding. I am not trying to be awkward but I have my orders. I am only a poor volunteer caught in the cross-fire!
