Waltham Forest 0 - 3 Enfield Town

Forest tumbled out this seasons FA Cup at the first hurdle, going down 3-0 to a good Enfield Town side. Town should have been three or four goals up at half time, but Forest 'keeper Jason Willis single handedly kept them at bay. The second half looked a lot brighter for Forest and debutant Lawrence Yiga missed a couple of good chances to put the home side ahead. In the end, Forest capitulated, giving away three goals in the space of six second half minutes. Protheroe got Town's first, converting a penalty which Gbenga Ladega gave away. Town's second was the result of a good move down the left wing, with Bardle applying a close-range finish. The third and final goal of the game saw Sam Byfield waltz through Forest's defence after Dean James gave the ball away in midfield.

(It was down the right wing with Morton applying a close range finish)

(The third and final goal of the game was a first time shot from the edge of the box by Sam Byfield after being set up by Adam Wallace.)

Apart from that, a pretty accurate report!

match report and highlights now on THE COLD END which includes the penalty decision. I still can't make up my mind after watching it a number of times.. if that was a penalty then Stuart's in the play off final last season most definately was. A good victory and some much needed prize money today.

Arlesey Town and Aylesbury drew 1-1 at Arlesey and replay in midweek.. Either one of these teams will be a tough game in the next round.

The first was down the left wing... our left wing! And as for the second, I'd long since given up trying to remember being torn apart time and time again, so a couple of inaccuracies may have appeared in the report, sorry.

Fantastic clips,

I was'nt their cos i'm still on my hols, but the clip shows a definate Penalty, as the defender jumps in, misse's the ball and Sam should not have to hurdle a challenge, outside the box and it would be a certain free kick. Basically, Sam was to good for that defender during his run to the bye line.
