Went to game last night over at ashford, S***water lost 3-0 to a very decent staines side, tbh first half both teams held there own, but in the second the gulf between sides was clear to see and staines cruised in to 3-0 win.

Staines are not as strong as they once were but i fancy them to be up there when it comes to the business end with Knaphill and Bedfont Sports maybe westfield too.

As for sheerwater, the manager seems to have a bit of savvy, but lacks a 3-4 good players, he has 1 diamond in the rough tho , ginger blonde fella up front, very soild centre forward who needs to be playing at a better club, would look good in ccl prem defo worth a few quid a week!!!!!! I also thought sheerwater capt was poor, never seen a player pinging a ball 30yards with every pass and take all dead balls ??

On last nights performance i think it will be a long hard season for the sheerwater manager , will have to stick my neck out here and be honest bottom 3 this year with feltham and chobham and maybe farn n end.

Feck knows what game you watched last night Wolfman. We had a first half goal disallowed and hit the bar twice and were the better team until we conceded from a counter attack on 70 minutes. The staines team will confirm that.

Who is your team, why would you come all the away to watch us at Ashford? Westfield maybe??

I think Wolfman is an ex Lammas player. I know he's not from us at Westfield

Dunno about that.

Judging by his previous posts he seems to know a lot about local Woking football. Unbelivable assessment of our game last night. Popey from your club was there (although we heard he was dead!). You might have to ask him about how we didn't win, Let alone lose 3-0!

Was he? Not sure why he's there, although Westfield do play Lammas Monday

God forbid you go an watch a team you are playing next, how dare you. I can't beleive the attitude on here, you shouldn't need to defend your statement Wolfman, your saying it how you saw it. Whether Sheerwater had chances or not the score was 3 zip end of.

being a lammas player a played last night, il av to agree with gassy, even tho we appreciate the comments wolfman! but id have to say the scoreline flattered us, Sheers had good chances to have gone in at the break a few up!! we had chances but no good 1s!! once we got the first 1 then that was it, dont think sheers could have comeback. Knowing we can get promoted now after about 10 years, theres a buzz around the club and were really guna go for it this year!! and id have to say once we get out of first gear, i think this team will be one of the best teams weve had for a couple of seasons!!

The reference to 's***water' is probably the reason you hit a softspot. So Farleigh Fox that's where I get the 'attitude' from. So if Wolfman wants to show no respect for his local rivals, he's gonna have to expect a bit of opposition
