completely agree with you newby, ref didnt have a great game!! The sending off didnt help with the whole atmosphere for the game, particularly being so early on, and the occassional string of abuse from individual players after decisions certainly didnt help either!! But we certainly should have had some bookings ourselves, he didnt seem to even want to tell off some of our players for 'lashing out' after fouls or little scuffles. Consistency is a main factor when it comes to refs but tbh if he had to be consistent it could have been a 5-a-side game in the end!!

Agree with that george consistency is all we ask but then i suppose he was just badly !! Whats more annoying is i asked if i can approach him at any point in game to which he agreed then as soon as i did he didnt wana listen pretty pointless really in the end hands up i was getting frustrated with some descidions and aimed my frustration at him!

Cobham 1-0 Knaphill (RIDEOUT)

For me it was a smash and grab Cobham win, Knaphill dominated the first half and we definatly looked like a team that had just lost 6-1 in the first 20minutes. Knappers hit the bar early on and forced jurgs into some fine saves but for me what did for Knaphill was the amount of times good postions were wasted with long range shots that flew wide/over, Towards the end of the half we sort of got back into it with new striker hunter forcing knaphill keeper into a great save Also first half our left back was maybe lucky not to see red, 50/50 ball which defender got to first and he went over the ball with 2 feet but escaped with yellow. Second half was more even but Knaphill still on top. Passed the ball around neatly but we worked our socks off to stay in the game and Rideout was starting to cause there defense massive problems. Then the goal came with Rideout earning me a good 10 points in the league table with the winning goal. Bursting clear of knaphill defence to finish very well. A few nervy moments at the end but we held on for a big win!

I'll have to agree with you there Whitby. For us, it's all about scoring first. We hit the woodwork in the first 3 minutes and that set the tone for our whole game. last 3 matches we've scored 1 goal - from a centre-back!

Credit to you boys though. You were always gonna get a good chance and luckily enough it fell to the right man

I agree Bedfont was the better side with 10 men, they had 6 decent chances to felthams 1 goal which was a cross that ended up catching out the bedfont keeper. Feltham have to say were very poor side apart from the 10 who tried to make things happen but was on his on in trying. probally will end up bottom area of table unless they can get in a few players. Need to be creating chance's against a team with 10 men for 80 mins but cant remember seeing one.

Managers freind but what did he do?......dont like the toughness of this league either........we gave them possession in there half and they wasnt good enough to have a shot on target...........if we stayed with 11 we would of won by 4/5 FACT but thats football.

keywood was there 10 although he did have a bit of a strop everytime he was fouled, can see him finding it hard on the poorer pitches with no one around him capable of picking up the buck. Bedfont look hard to beat with good team spirit and workrate all over the pitch

Ahh ok, Grant Keywood. Good player in previous years at this level and won the title with Walton Casuals. Not really seen him play for a couple of years, although did play against him when we played Feltham last season and he didn't seem to like the phsical side of things.

As for Bedfont, nice to see a club doing everything to step up have such a great start. Good luck to them :applaus:

Farnborough North End 1 Farnham Town 3

Reasonably entertaining game. 0-0 at half-time with few chances for either side. Farnham scored early in the 2nd half and then increased their lead with a good strike from 20 yards. FNE battled hard and created a few chances. Both strikers missed when it was possibly easier to score. FNE pulled one back with around 10 to go when their tall striker finished well from close range. Farnham wrapped up the points with a penalty a couple of minutes from the end. Slightly strange penalty with the playing running up and dummying the ball. After some confusion the kick was re-taken and placed into the corner.

Overall a deserved win for Farnham. However they may have regretted not finishing the game off, if FNE had taken one of their two glorious chances.

Pitch looked in good condition and after speaking to one of the Farnham players I know, he said it played pretty well.

Had a brief chat to Duncs as well, so nice to put a face to a poster on this site.

hanworth villa 3 v 3 mole valley

very entertaining game 4 pens 11 bookings (not one bad foul) villa 3-1 down with 4 mins to go mole valley must be kicking themselves for letting this one go but to be fair villa had the better chances and a point was probably a fair result.must say jay holden and laurie shennan were the best two players on the pitch

That Shennan guy is quality, full of running. Def Hanworths best player.

Also think your right back (who was also quality) would have something to say about that statement as Richie Smith (left wing) was unplayable at times.

Lamms 3-0 Sheerwater

Scoreline flattered us abit i think, we had chances but not clear cut, Sheerwater played really well and maybe could of gone in a couple up, luke edgill (2) and Steve Willmore with the goals. Bring Hayes gate and the GATE saturday!!!

Corbett took the penalty. The Ref shouted wait as the ball was about to be kicked so thats why there was a dummy. Bunners and French were the other Farnham scorers.

Bedfont Sports 1 Feltham 1 Bedfont had 10 men for 80 minutes....And still should of won fair play for Felthams draw thats what they come for

Bedfont Sports have banned the player who headbutted an opponent on Tuesday night from playing this bank holiday weekend as the club and management team do not condone these actions, although it was a brush of heads rather than a tilt back of the head the intent was there.
