Ash 0 Colliers Wood 5 oh dear,apart from a 5 minute spell in the 2nd half Ash never really applied themselves, too many players going through the motions and also badly missing the 1st choice keeper fair play to CW it was a good performance from them and the 11 was very good,3 dog was sent off in the 1st half for Ash which looked a harsh decision mind you i was at the other end of the pitch, no game this week so they need to have 2 really hard training sessions I would suggest

Banstead 0-5 Chertsey

 

Chertsey again showed there title credentials with a demolition of a young and in experienced Banstead outfit. The game could gave been a whole lot different had Banstead converted a very debatable penalty early in the second half with the game at 1.0, but a great stop by Bradshaw kept Chertsey in front and they never looked back. The game started Brightlly for Chertsey with lots of good possession but with the wind on there favour over hit a lot of long balls!! They deservedly took the lead on the half hour when a Tom oregan cross was met on the head by Marcus moody who placed the ball into the top corner. The second half started very much in chertseys favour untill the penalty. After the miss Chertsey never looked back and some awesome passing and team play led to the second and third goal to be scored in quick succession, first Tom oregan sweeped the ball in at the back post and minutes later a carbon copy goal but this time by matty Baxter gave Chertsey a deserved third. Tom oregan who was causing the Banstead defence all sorts of problems cut inside to slot home chertseys fourth and then a rebound off his own missed penalty gave him his second hatrick in a week and Chertsey a great win where in previous seasons have seen them struggle at merland rise.

Chertsey 5 - 0 Banstead . Another convincing win for Chertsey Town. Another Tom o regan masterclass Don't want to get hopes up but with the team we have now maybe, just maybe it could be our year.

Deserved winners, first goal 20 seconds in and second goal a penalty in last minute as we went for a goal. Nice club and very sporting...and good hospitality afterwards!!

All knaphill second half gifted Lammas their second with a pass across the box which was cut out the lad went on to score with ease. Then we got goal back with 15 to go but Lammas held on for the win. Good game and ref wasn't bad!!

in all honesty the better side lost today. Last kick of the game with a disputable penalty. Hounslow were very young side who will definately cause everyone they play against a lot of problems.

Good to see you again Johnno, would not disagree that you where the better side and had most of the chances but thought we'd done enough to deserve a point, dogged performance from Bookham un-done by a flap by the keeper in the 92min.

 

And as for those boots gracing Meadowbank today, that was the highlight for the crowd today

Yea would probably agree with that, thought we had good chances to add to the 2 goals, thought if knaphills service was abit better then baker and hodgsen would of been more of a threat but we dealt with them.goalie handed them there goal by dropping it and it went straight to the players feet, Good side Knaphill will defo be in the mixer for the title. pitch was good, looking forward to return fixture!!! overall a great and important win!!!
