Someone had to be sufficiently sad to start the thread so here goes:

 

3 points very important as unlikely to get anything at croydon and lowestoft.

(if we got 4 points from first 3 games that would be marvellous imo )

 

That given-i reckon a 1-1 draw tomorrow-and i would be more than happy with a draw.

 

Whatever happens-you just don't want to lose your first game.

A draw i predict -and a draw i would be delighted with-it may just give a bit of confidence kick on and enable us to get something in one of the next two games.

To make Frankie's prediction right, I think that means. Will anybody put up a MOM poll? I thought Osborne had a great game at the back, and cannot fault Pinnock or Grant for their efforts at the other end. Just thought we looked a bit light in some areas and defended the free kick badly. Good to see Siggy back in blue, although if he is the answer I don't know what the question was.

Not there-so can't comment directly-but whilst i can accept losing games-and conceding goals-it makes me seethe when we constantly concede from free kicks.

First of all 9and it may not have been the case today as i was not there) but all last season we seemed to give away too many needless free kicks in the vicinity of the penalty area;and then we do not have a proper defensive wall-too few in the wall-and the opposition have a target to hit-too many goals conceded that way. (tooting away last season-same thing)

 

Even with limited training-surely a basic at anty level above 15 year olds is to be able to set up a defensive wall.
